Clariv.ai offers subscription-based services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued.

1) Subscription Fees

All Clariv.ai subscriptions are billed either:

  • Monthly
  • Annually
  • Under enterprise agreements

Fees are charged in advance for the selected billing cycle.

2) Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in limited circumstances including:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors
  • Technical issues preventing platform access

Requests must be submitted within 3 days of the billing date.

3) Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Subscription fees after the refund window
  • Setup fees
  • Onboarding services
  • Custom integrations
  • Enterprise implementation services

4) Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation will:

  • Stop future billing
  • Allow access through the end of the billing period
No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

5) Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise contracts may include customized:

  • Pricing
  • Cancellation terms
  • Refund terms

These agreements supersede the standard refund policy.

6) Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method and may take
5–10 business days to appear depending on the payment provider.
