Role Overview

The Account Executive (AE) owns the full sales cycle for Clariv.ai — from discovery and demo through negotiation and close. This role focuses on direct sales to SMB and mid-market accounts, including multi-location brands, franchises, and service businesses.

You will work closely with SDRs, marketing, and leadership to close new business and expand existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run discovery calls and product demos for inbound and outbound leads
  • Clearly position Clariv.ai as a unified platform for:
    • Reviews & reputation management
    • AI-driven sentiment insights
    • Social media publishing, inbox, and analytics
  • Manage full sales cycle: qualification → demo → proposal → close
  • Forecast pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Collaborate with SDRs on account strategy
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams

Ideal Candidate

  • 3–6+ years of SaaS closing experience
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Strong demo and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable selling recurring SaaS subscriptions
  • Experience selling to multi-location, franchise, or agency-driven accounts is a plus
  • Experience with MarTech, Reputation Management, or Social Media platforms preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners
  • Pitch Clariv.ai as a revenue-generating add-on for partners
  • Structure reseller, referral, and white-label agreements
  • Enable partners with sales collateral, demos, and training
  • Drive co-marketing and joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Track partner performance and revenue contribution
  • Work closely with sales and leadership on partner strategy

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of partnerships, channel sales, or business development experience
  • Existing network across agencies, ISVs, POS, or payments is a major plus
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience building partner programs from scratch
  • Comfortable with revenue targets tied to partner channels
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for Clariv.ai. This role is focused on direct account outreach across SMB and mid-market customers, identifying qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in outbound sales, understands modern SaaS selling, and wants a clear growth path into closing roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Identify and qualify decision-makers (owners, marketing heads, operations leaders)
  • Educate prospects on Clariv.ai’s value across:
    • Review management
    • Sentiment analysis
    • Social media marketing & engagement
  • Schedule qualified discovery and demo meetings for AEs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, lists, and messaging
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly SQL and meeting targets

Ideal Candidate

  • 1–3 years of SDR / BDR experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Hunger to grow into an AE role
  • Experience selling to SMBs, multi-location businesses, or agencies is a plus
